Environmental Engineering Camp Registration Instructions

Please carefully read the following steps to complete your registration.

Step 3

Now that you have a DVC student ID number and have completed the online registration, please complete the paperwork for the camp.

Download, print and complete the General Application Packet. 

All signatures (including student, parent/guardian and principal, where appropriate) must be completed to finish the Environmental Engineering Camp registration process. No electronic signatures accepted.

Step 4

Pull out the "Special Admission Recommendation" form and set it aside.

The rest of the forms contained in the General Application Packet (Step 3) must be emailed or hand delivered and received by DVC on or before before May 13, 2019 to:

After you submit your General Application Packet, you will receive an email from DVC with further instructions regarding the Special Admission Recommendation form.

Take the signed "Special Admission Recommendation" form and deliver it in person to the DVC Student Services Center (Admissions and Records, SCC Building B). Locate the Student Service Center on the campus map.

If it is more convenient for you, you may deliver the form to the San Ramon campus of DVC, also to Admissions and Records in the West Building. Locate the West Building on the campus map.

If you will be in the 11th or 12th grade in fall, deliver the Special Admissions Recommendation between May 28th and June 6th.

If you will be in the 9th or 10th grade in fall, deliver the Special Admissions Recommendation on July 24th or July 25th.

The parent/guardian or student delivering the form is required to show some form of identification (for the student,) and pay $1. 

The Admissions & Records office regularly opens at 9:00 a.m. and closes at 5:00 p.m., but is open until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesdays.

Please use the link below to pay for the camp. The cost of the camp is $300.00. You do not need a PayPal account to make payment for the camp. If paying for the camp is a financial hardship, you may request a fee waiver on the bottom of the first page of the application packet. There will be no refunds issued for registration cancellation after May 31, 2019.

Once you complete Step 6, you will be accepted into the Environmental Engineering Summer Camp. You will receive an official notice by email to this effect.
